How the app works

Three steps.
One fair exchange.

Give a review, get a review. Snaps keep the exchange fair for everyone.

  1. Step 1

    Add your products

Tell testers what makes your product special and choose how they can access it.

  2. Step 2

    Earn Snaps

Pick a product from the library, try it, and share an honest review. Snaps land the moment you claim; a verified review keeps them.

  3. Step 3

    Get reviews

Testers discover your product. Your dashboard tells you when they start — and when their review is live.

Our promise

Honest
by design.

  1. 01Their words

Sellers never choose what a review says

Testers share their own opinion — good, bad or in between. Positive reviews are never required, and nobody edits them.

  2. 02Real use

A real test before any verdict

Testers get the product first and paste the exact review they posted. Moderators check it against the live link — generic or AI-written reviews are sent back or rejected.

  3. 03House rules

    Rakuten policies come first

Testers follow the review policies of Rakuten. Our team checks every review; ones that break the rules are rejected.
